Art Studio Tour

After completing The 100 Day Project this year, I decided it was time to reclaim my studio space. I needed more space and wanted to place my art table under the window. Now that I have done it, I’m not sure why it did not occur to me sooner.

I love that I can see out the window and the natural light is much better. There is also more room now for visitors to join me! That is always a bonus!

I moved several pieces of furniture and opted to stack wood crates and boxes on top of two of my dressers not only to inspire me, but to have some of my supplies out in the open and easy to reach for when needed. The crates are also great for organizing books, notebooks and my art journals.

It was nice to go through my supplies again and purge things I am no longer using. I feel lighter and more inspired! When was the last time you did a little spring cleaning in your creative space? Maybe it’s time to get a little organized and rejuvenate your inspiration!
